Bozzuto is a real estate developer and management company in the Washington D.C. area. My main role consisted of creating advertisements for the communities that they manage, such as Trellis House, in order to gain leads on leases.
Brief
Create catchy ads for social media and print for a new residential building that adhere to the Trellis House branding but also fall in line with the Bozzuto brand.

When Bozzuto rolled out its website redesign, I worked with a copy writer to concept an internal and external launch campaign.

Results
The Trellis house campaign yielded over 700 new leads on leases and the website launch campaign successfully announced the arrival of the new website to all employees and created an atmosphere of excitement.
