Bozzuto is a prominent real estate developer and management company in the Washington D.C. area. As a new residential community, Trellis House needed My eye-catching advertisements to generate leads and drive lease signings. Tasked with adhering to Trellis House's unique branding while aligning with Bozzuto's overall brand standards, I crafted engaging social media and print ads that captured the building’s modern, community-focused lifestyle.
