Leader in Me is a FranklinCovey brand that specializes in leadership learning for students from Kindergarten to High School.
Symposium '24
Symposium is an annual conference held by Leader in Me for educators to connect, learn, and inspire. This year, I was tasked with creating branding for this event that is in line with the Leader in Me brand but different enough to be recognized as Symposium.
To achieve likeness to the Leader in Me brand, Symposium utilizes the same organic shape motif but it distinguishes itself through its monochromatic palette and prominent sans serif typography.
Results
My work on the Leader in Me brand directly contributed to creating friendlier and more relatable educational materials, resulting in increased school retention and a 10% increase in order volumes on FranklinCovey’s marketplace.
